Accell ensure payments for a service or product are secure.


Payments are required for services and/or products.


Payment for e-learning training courses are required upfront and prior to entry to the course.

Placing an E-Learning order:

To enrol for an E Learning course you will need to complete the transaction on the website.

To complete your online purchase, select your E-Learning product and add them to your shopping cart. You will need to proceed to the checkout section. Here you will be asked for payment related information as well as personal details.

Once the payment is successfully completed, your order will be processed on receipt of the funds from the bank, credit card company or payment gateway. At this stage the sale is said to be complete. Thereafter, your purchases will be provided and access to the course will be available. An email will be sent to the nominated email address with login details to access the course.

By placing an order on the website, you are agreeing to the terms and conditions and payment policy published on this page of the website.


Payment for funding courses are required upfront and prior to entry to the course. This is typically a co-payment required by the student or employer. Once the payment has been completed, access to workshop and any blended learning will be available. Typically this will need to be paid within 7 days of the course beginning date. An invoice will be issued for this course.

The Trainer will have an attendance sheet with confirmed attendees who have paid their invoices.

Other courses:

Training courses offered (other than E-learning or Funding) are typically paid for at the end of the training course. An invoice will be issued. Payment will be required prior to issuance of Certificate or Statement of attainment.


Methods available to complete payment:

Credit Card:

We accept Visa and Mastercard paid directly to us through the secure checkout system provided by E-way.

As prescribed by the financial institutions issuing the credit or debit cards affiliated with Visa and MasterCard, you will be required to submit your 16-digit credit card number, card expiry date and 3-digit CVV number (found on the reverse side of the card) when you make your online transactions via your Credit or Debit card.

Bank Transfer:

An invoice will be issued to the nominated client with bank details for electronic transfer.

Credit Card Information

If you choose to pay for a service or product using the secure credit card payment facility available at this site you will be asked to provide your credit card details, your name, a shipping address and your email address. These details are required so that we can provide a tax invoice / receipt.

We protect the security of your credit card information in every online transaction by using the latest online security methods provided by E-way.

Product Pricing

Product prices listed on the website are current. While care has been taken to label the products accurately, errors in data entry and updating may occur. We reserve the right to cancel the order in case a transaction has been made where the price indicated was not correct. In the rare event that happens, we will refund the complete amount received from the customer.

Prices are subject to change without advance notice.

All prices on this website are in Australian Dollar (AUS). We do not have any jurisdiction on this and any disputes or queries on exchange rates and bank charges must be directed to the bank or institution that issued your card or payment instrument.

All orders are acknowledged at current pricing. We will bill at price in effect at the time of receipt of money and raise an invoice.
