This commitment supports the foundation of our business philosophy.
Accell is committed to adding value to our clients’ business by providing practical and sustainable solutions to training challenges. This, in turn, impacts positively on the overall commercial growth, success and safety culture of our clients business.
Whilst Accell is proud to represent an extensive client base nationwide, our learners’ development pathways and workshop programs remain consistent. Workshop materials have been contextualised by experienced and competent staff to reflect individual client operational standards, respective legislation, policies, procedures and work practices.
One of our critical points of difference is our people. Each of our trainers is highly respected and have extensive depth, breadth and years of experience in their field. In addition to these abilities, our trainers have proven capability to impart knowledge to learners effectively through inclusive learning.
A full list of our training programs can be found here. Corporate (or Enterprise) and internal client qualifications and competencies are also available for various rail networks. In addition to our workshops, we also offer a comprehensive and effective RPL (Recognition of Prior Learning) process.
